The staff are extremely helpful and nice. Good fruits 🍉 and vegetables 🥗.they have peanut butter freshly squeezed.

Nice market, but the overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming and chaos-driven. Staff are everywhere fulfilling online orders, making it hard to shop without getting bumped into or rushed out of the way. Smiles and friendliness are definitely lacking.

This particular Whole Foods is terrible. Organic fruit in plastic containers constantly have mold. I sometimes catch it when i'm in store, but most of the time I open the container when I get home and a bunch of the fruit has mold on it. Meat counter is always empty. Half of the time the grass-fed cuts of meat are horrible. In-store shoppers constantly on top of you. I prefer to drive to the Whole Foods 15 minutes away in Morristown rather than come to this one 4 minutes away from me.

I had such a positive experience at the Amazon returns counter inside Whole Foods Market in Madison NJ. I was returning two items for my daughter and mistakenly thought they were under the same QR code, so only one got processed. I didn’t realize the issue until I got home and saw that I only had confirmation for one return. When I came back a couple of hours later, Justin went above and beyond to help me. Even though the items had already been sent to the back, he took the time to search through multiple boxes to find it and complete the return properly. He was patient, helpful, and didn’t make me feel like it was a hassle at all. That level of customer service really stood out—thank you, Justin!

Unlike other WholeFoods market stores in the vicinity, this one is the closest to where we live. Wish the experience could have been better. Predictably they run out of our desired milk, ketchup, and cream cheese brand every week or they do not stock enough. When asked for replenishment schedule no one is aware. There does not seem to be someone like a store manager at any time that we have seen whenever we visit. We have seen shortages with some of the breads and bagel brands too. This week they have changed the shelves, even their own staff find it difficult to find items and appear to be walking in the aisles like customers searching for items to bag the online orders. Pathetic management in the store.
